Great Brushes. Great price
If you've been in the hobby long enough that you are seeking out Sable brushes then you know how expensive they can be when buying reputable brands. So you might doubt the quality of a pack of 5 for under $65. HOWEVER, I can honestly say these are some of the best brushes I've used especially when you consider the price point. Better than GW, comparable to W&N/ da Vince.
All the brushes I’ve received from Monument hobbies have been excellent. The care that it is taking to make sure you get a amazing brush is fantastic. You won’t be disappointed.
I ordered these brushes for my husband as soon as I noticed they were back in stock. He spends hours every week painting minis, and these have always been his favorite brushes, so he was thrilled when I surprised him with this set! The brushes were shipped the same day I ordered them, and because I’m lucky enough to live in the same area where Monument is located, I received them a full day earlier than was expected. My husband has been extremely pleased with these brushes, and we will happily continue to purchase from this company.
Better than Artis Opus
Great, I started with cheap synthetic, graduated to monument, further “upgraded” to Artis Opus only to be severely disappointed. Made the switch back to monument and realized I had a good brush the whole time.
Best Bang for the Buck!
I did not buy this set. Instead I bought every one of the pro-sable brushes individually. I've used the Winsor and Newton, they are good, better even, but lasted only 4 weeks before they frayed. To be completely honest I take really good care of my brushes, but what I've found is that no brush lasts forever, so why pay twice as much for the same result. These brushes for the money are beyond great! I regret spending twice as much money for the same quality. These keep a fine point and they've been incredibly reliable. Can't recommend for bang for the buck, they are top tier!
