Shipping policy

We ship via your chosen carrier (USPS or UPS as chosen at checkout) 4 days a week - Monday thru Thursday. Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days of purchase for those placed Monday thru Thursday by 8am MST. Orders outside of this timeframe will ship the following week. New Release windows, holidays, and special events may extend shipping times due to increased order demand. Should you ever have questions about timing of shipping, please contact support@monumenthobbies.com and we'll get you info ASAP.

Impacts to shipping times may occur due to holidays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseeable events, but will be completed in the most expedient manner possible.

When an order is processed and sent to the carrier, customers will receive an email notification with tracking information attached. Should you not receive this email, please contact support@monumenthobbies.com. Tracking information is provided by the carrier directly, and Monument Hobbies has no ability to verify or expedite a shipment once it has left our facility. 

Lost / Missing Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking, and Monument Hobbies assumes no further responsibility once a package is verified as delivered by the carrier via tracking information. Should a package not reach the destination (lost) and be untraceable, Monument Hobbies will work with the carrier to replace / refund the order as requested by customer.
