Production Associate
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support our manufacturing process and help keep our production floor running smoothly. This role is a mix of assembly, machinery operation, quality control, and materials handling — playing an essential part in delivering high-quality hobby products to our customers.

What You'll Do
- Operate paint-filling and capping machines efficiently and safely
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Receive and shelve shipments of raw materials
- Prepare packaging materials for production and shipment
- Assemble products for distribution to stores and customers
- Manage inventory of supplies within the production department
- Perform general office and warehouse cleanup
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and packaging processes
- Ability to safely operate production machinery and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions safely
