Marketing Designer
Location: Monument HQ - Phoenix AZ
About the Job
The Marketing Designer will perform various tasks in the marketing department of Monument Hobbies. Training is provided.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Creating images and graphics for social media and advertising
- Creating still graphic elements for videos
- Creating thumbnails, banners, and icons for videos and web pages
- Creating and updating paper goods such as pamphlets and mailers
- Creating and implementing posting schedules for our social media platforms
- Taking photos and short videos for social media
- Designing layouts for regular email blasts
- Utilizing templates to create renders, labels, and packaging for our products
Employee is expected to:
- Arrive on time and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Affinity at an Advanced level
- Understand document and color settings for both digital and physical assets
- Understand and stay up to date on social media platform capabilities and milestones
- Follow company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Monument Hobbies employee handbook
Desired Qualifications and Characteristics:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, small business environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Works collaboratively with others to get the job done
- Properly receives and applies feedback on tasks or projects
- Creatively tackles issues and roadblocks
Other Essential Information
Pay
- $50,000-60,000 Salary
- *We evaluate each candidate on an individual basis and compensation is determined on skills and fit within our culture.
