My wife bought me this for Xmas, and I really enjoyed it, until I started having issues with it, and started using it less and less, to the point that I left a "meh" review. Not only did Monument address my review, they went out of their way to make it right. I contacted Grex Canada and got no reply, I let Monument know, and quicker than you can say "airbrush" they responded with options to a solution. Monument and Grex both made sure it was taken care of FAST and to my satisfaction. The airbrush has been repaired and on its way back to me in less than 48 hours and only for the very reasonable cost of parts and shipping (less than $40). It works as well as I would expect any other Monument product to work now. Fantastic service and satisfaction on the part of both Grex and Mounment. Top tier customer service.
